Heat Pump Services

A Heat Pump is a device that moves heat between the inside and outside of a building, using electricity to transfer heat rather than generate it

How it works

  1. In the winter, a heat pump extracts heat from the outside air.
  2. A compressor increases the temperature of the extracted heat.
  3. The heated air is then circulated into your home.
  4. In the summer, a heat pump moves heat from your home to the outside.
Benefits
  • Heat pumps are an efficient alternative to furnaces and air conditioners.
  • They can help mitigate climate change because they can transfer more thermal energy than they consume.
You should service your heat pump at least once a year, but ideally twice a year. This will help ensure your heat pump runs efficiently and prevents costly repairs.
  • Schedule maintenance in the spring or fall to prepare for the heating and cooling seasons
  • If your heat pump is your primary heating and cooling system, you might want to schedule maintenance twice a year

Whether it's Installation, Replacing or Repair, we can help you chose the right system for your home and budget.
